Fernando Alegria Salcedo is a self-healing mentor and entrepreneur with 7 years of experience in the fields of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellness. Having healed completely from Reiter’s Disease (a type of arthritis), he truly believes that people can live above their health standards, achieving what he calls: Superior Emotional Health. His Life purpose is to inspire Joy, unshakable Faith, and permanent healing.
Fernando has given Shakti Naam Yoga® classes, Harmonyum® Healing, conferences, online and in person workshops in cities like Calgary, Miami, Mexico City, Estado de México, Veracruz and Merida. He specializes in taking care of people with chronic and terminal diseases. He has helped young, adults and elderly people find peace and healing. People in prisons and in catholic communities have also benefited from his loving support.
Currently he runs his online business "Superior Emotional Health" and offers many services and products: Shakti Naam Yoga Online Classes and in person, Office and in-home Harmonyum® Healing sessions, Wood handmade Letters, Superior Emotional Health Lockscreen Wallpapers, Dare to Create the Impossible (DCI), #Naamtoall virtual space and InfiniteGood. Certified Harmonyum® Healing I, II, III, and Advanced Practitioner; Certified Shakti Naam Yoga® Therapies® I & II Teacher.
Since 2013 Fernando has been a loyal follower and student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry. He has the privilege of learning from him by attending more than 6 trainings, classes and lectures in different parts from the world like Mexico City, Los Cabos, Santa Monica, U.S. and Germany. At present, Fernando is constantly updating himself with Dr. Levry's teachings so to help people in a better way.
Fernando has been invited to multiple massive events organized by Naam Mexico and Dr. Levry such as the Global Gatherings for Peace and Healing, also known as Naam Yoga® Superclasses in Mexico City and the Naam Yoga® classes carried out within the framework of "cycle-a-thon" held by the Mexico City Government and INDEPORTE (Mexico City Institute of Sport).
Fernando has participated as a mentor in 3 Naam Yoga® Therapies Teacher Trainings in Mexico and 1 Harmonyum® Healing Training in Naam Yoga® Los Angeles.
Fernando is a teacher model in the online platform "More Conscious Breathing” for educators, one of its kind program in the world implemented in multiple schools incorporated to SEP in Mexico City and Spain; This program is directed by Rebeca Torres Castilla.
Fernando Alegría Salcedo was born on August 15, 1991 in Mexico City. His elementary and intermediate education was done at Colegio Madrid. At the age of 12, in 2003, he had the opportunity to live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, attending Keatsway Public School. Later on 2008 he came back to Canada to the Mont Saint Louis College in Montreal, taking part in the Learning Program by Competences in Sciences. He graduated from High School (CCH) in 2009, enrolling then into Electric and Mechanical Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey, truncated at will.
Airplanes have been one of his biggest hobbies, consequently graduating in 2012 as an Avionic Superior Technician at Aeronautical University in Querétaro (UNAQ), in Mexico. On March 12, 2012 he received the Award DHL Canacintra - UNAQ for Academic Excellence. It was in that same year that he was doing his internships at Volaris in Mexico City International Airport when was diagnosed with Reiter's disease, a type of reactive arthritis. Knowing the fact that this was an incurable disease from the traditional medicine point of view, deep inside him he knew that there must be something that could help him heal completely. That is when he started to receive Harmonyum® Healing in April 20, 2013 once a week for a year and to practice Shakti Naam Yoga® twice a week. After a month and a half he decided by its own will to stop taking the pain medication and after a year he stopped taking the medication that used to control his immune system. Lab studies showed that there was no inflammation anymore. In 2014 she enrolled into the Harmonyum® Healing III Training en Naam Yoga LA, in Santa Monica, U.S. Months later he enrolled into the Naam Yoga Therapies® Level I Teacher Training at Naam Centre (Centro Naam) in Mexico City. He started giving Harmonyum® Healing in that same Center. The next year he will be taking Harmonyum® Healing I y II training in Naam Yoga® LA, and by 2016 Harmonyum® Advanced Training at Centro Naam, From 2016 to January 2021 he provided services as a Certified Harmonyum® Healing Practitioner at Harmonyum® Healing Center, the first formal Harmonyum® Healing Center in the world. Nowadays he is an independent and active Harmonyum® Healing Practitioner.
In 2016 he was invited to become part as a teacher model of an online platform of the mexican Program More Conscious Breathing, which is implemented in several schools in Mexico City and Barcelona.
For 5 years he taught Shakti Naam Yoga® classes and gave Harmonyum® Healing treatments in Centro Naam (2014 - 2018). On March 8, 2015, he pursued the Sun Moon Partner Yoga, Partner & Community Yoga Teacher Training at Centro Naam, where he also volunteered as an spanish / english interpreter.
On Sept. 2018 Fernando is named Chief Executive Director at Harmonyum® Healing Center in Mexico City.

Fernando is the Creator of the virtual space called #Naamtoall (started on Dec. 1st, 2019) carried out through Instagram and Fb LIVES every Sunday to send healing energy. Currently he has completed 65 LIVE Naam® meditations.
On April 16, 2019 he creates Metaphysical Codes (Wood Letters), a new way of reprogramming the mind to change thought patterns and also decorating interior spaces. The Metaphysical Codes are designed by Dr. Joseph Joseph Levry, a true spiritual master.
Together with his girlfriend Luisa Carla Hermenegildo Cedeño he founded Dare to Create the Impossible (DCI, launched on Dec. 14th, 2020, a new way to impact and transform positively the day of many people.
He works as English/Spanish medical over the pone interpreter at Linguistica International.
Fernando has taught Shakti Naam Yoga® classes in different areas and paths of life: Centro Naam (2014 - 2019), Mexico City. Female Centre of Social Rehabilitation Santa Martha Acatitla, Mexico City (2015 - 2018). Online classes in his own platform Suuper Salud (now called Super Emotional Health) since 2019; Santa Teresita of The Child Jesus Catholic Church in Mesa Los Hornos, Mexico City (2016 - 2018); taught a Shakti Naam Yoga® class to Master's Degree students at Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO Mexico). Since 2014 through an invitation by Naam México Fernando teaches Shakti Naam Yoga® classes in Reforma Avenue within the framework of the cycle-a-thon organized by the Mexico City Government and INDEPORTE;
